With all of our programs we start with an intake questionnaire to better get to know everyone involved. We create a step by step plan to help you reach your goals that is emailed to you before we have our phone consultation. All of the videos, resources and any additional information needed while working together is also provided.
Although sleep and parent coaching consulting services are not typically covered under health benefits, we are excited to offer some options that may be covered by your health insurance. With our partnership with Jenn Taun of North Bay Counseling Services under their umbrella of perinatal care we have created programs that are holistic and provide sleep and parenting support to the whole family.
If you are in Ontario and have health insurance benefits coverage for Social Workers, you may be covered through Jennifer Taun MSW RSW in North Bay. Although Restful Parenting and Jennifer Taun offer in person services in North Bay, virtual services across Ontario, may also be covered.

Our most popular option for families who will benefit knowing they have someone to answer all of their questions about sleep and parenting and who love knowing that they always have someone there to troubleshoot with!
This is a 21 day private one on one support program. Through daily online logs and unlimited email and voice messaging support for 12 full weeks,, we are always just a simple message away. This package allows for private support through VOXER for the duration of the 3 months. This app is a voice and texting tool to allow for same day support and answers to all of your questions.

This option is $840 + HST with a total of 3 months of support through Voxer.
*The long term support packages do not mean it is going to take you this long to see great results! These packages allow us to focus on sleep, get that on track quickly and then gives us the time to offer extra support with all of the parenting questions/concerns/challenges that come with having a new little one. There’s just no such thing as too much support when it comes to parenting!
Gold Sleep and Parenting: The ultimate Sleep and Parenting 6 month VIP Package
This program follows your family for 6 months as your little one adjusts to healthy sleep, getting back on track after traveling and illnesses, through all of the sleep and development transitions. It provides you with the confidence and reassurance that you always have someone to troubleshoot with, to answer all of your questions and to guide you through your parenting journey!
